The SRT timestamps set the final MP3 duration and speech placement. We translate the transcript, generate one chosen voice, and fit each spoken part to its time slot. Very dense lines may sound faster. This tool creates audio and translated captions; add the MP3 to your original video in an editor. Original music and speaker voices are not carried over.
Use subtitles and videos you have permission to translate. Translation uses M2M100 locally. Kokoro voices run locally; voices labeled Online send translated text to Microsoft's speech service. French Siwis voice credit: Kokoro voices.
