Download or create a timestamped .srt file for the video. If you need one, use the YouTube transcript downloader. Check that captions are in order and end within 40 minutes.
Korean honorifics and level of formality depend on the audience. Check the translated captions before using the dub in a public video.
Open the tool with English and Korean selected. Hear the available voices, choose one, then start the job. The queue position and progress remain available after a page refresh. Voices labeled Online send translated text to Microsoft's speech service.

Names and borrowed English terms may need spelling edits. Leave enough space between subtitle groups for the voice to finish naturally.
Download the MP3 and translated SRT. Put the MP3 on your video's audio track in an editor and review synchronization. The tool generates speech from subtitles; it does not preserve original music, clone a speaker, or export a merged video.
