Japanese script can mix kanji, hiragana and katakana. Keep names consistent in the source transcript so the translated voice does not change them between scenes.
Download or create a timestamped .srt file for the video. If you need one, use the YouTube transcript downloader. Check that captions are in order and end within 40 minutes.
Review names, brands and game titles in the translated SRT. They may need phonetic spelling before you use the MP3.
Open the tool with English and Japanese selected. Hear the available voices, choose one, then start the job. The queue position and progress remain available after a page refresh. Voices labeled Online send translated text to Microsoft's speech service.

Japanese often places the verb later than English. A long English sentence can become a dense Japanese time slot, so preview the finished audio around fast dialogue.
Download the MP3 and translated SRT. Put the MP3 on your video's audio track in an editor and review synchronization. The tool generates speech from subtitles; it does not preserve original music, clone a speaker, or export a merged video.
