For Hindi audiences, a clean English SRT gives the translator a clearer base than automatic captions full of repeated fragments.
Download or create a timestamped .srt file for the video. If you need one, use the YouTube transcript downloader. Check that captions are in order and end within 40 minutes.
Hindi uses Devanagari. Check numbers, product names and any English words that should stay in English in the translated SRT.
Open the tool with English and Hindi selected. Hear the available voices, choose one, then start the job. The queue position and progress remain available after a page refresh. Voices labeled Online send translated text to Microsoft's speech service.

नमस्ते। यह डब की गई आवाज़ का नमूना है।
If a speaker switches between Hindi and English, mark complete sentences in the source SRT. A single chosen voice reads the translated output; it does not clone each speaker.
Download the MP3 and translated SRT. Put the MP3 on your video's audio track in an editor and review synchronization. The tool generates speech from subtitles; it does not preserve original music, clone a speaker, or export a merged video.
