Arabic dubbing starts with an English SRT that has accurate timestamps and complete speech, including speaker turns.
Download or create a timestamped .srt file for the video. If you need one, use the YouTube transcript downloader. Check that captions are in order and end within 40 minutes.
The translated SRT uses right-to-left text. Check punctuation direction, names and numbers in the downloaded subtitle file before final editing.
Open the tool with English and Arabic selected. Hear the available voices, choose one, then start the job. The queue position and progress remain available after a page refresh. Voices labeled Online send translated text to Microsoft's speech service.

Preview the voice for regional pronunciation. The synthetic track uses one selected voice and does not preserve the original narrator or background sound.
Download the MP3 and translated SRT. Put the MP3 on your video's audio track in an editor and review synchronization. The tool generates speech from subtitles; it does not preserve original music, clone a speaker, or export a merged video.
