• Dynamic FREE Access: FREE jobs are allowed after a number of PRO jobs equal to the current count of pending PRO jobs in the queue
• Example: If there are 4 PRO jobs waiting, FREE jobs will be processed after 4 PRO jobs complete
• Fair Distribution: This system adapts to queue load - when there are many PRO users, FREE jobs wait longer; when there are fewer PRO users, FREE jobs get processed sooner
