A native JollyAI card opens the existing product route. Its plan rules and queue apply there. A Higgsfield card uses the separate Cloud configuration and wallet flow when enabled. A PRO subscription and a Cloud wallet are different products: check the selected route rather than assuming that one purchase unlocks every model.
Start with the output you need. A text-to-video route needs a description; an image-to-video route needs a source image. Compare only models that support your intended input and output. A cheaper headline rate is not useful if the model cannot perform the task.
Read the configuration quote before generating
The Cloud interface displays one credit as $0.01. A wallet amount is a balance, not a promise of a fixed number of videos. A catalog rate or planner estimate helps with comparison; the quote for the chosen configuration is the amount to review before submitting.
Duration, resolution and other enabled options can change the quote. For example, compare two models using the same duration and output size before deciding which is better value. Keep room in your budget for another attempt if you need to revise the scene. Review the checkout receipt and available balance before any purchase.
When a job reserves credits, the interface may distinguish available and reserved amounts. Check job status and wallet history before repeating a submission that appears slow, so you can tell a waiting job from a failed one.
What “activation pending” and stale pricing mean
A visible catalog entry is not a guarantee that generation or checkout is open. “Activation pending” and “Schema review” indicate that the relevant action is not ready. The public checkout may also show “Coming soon” while access is restricted.
The catalog shows the date and freshness of its provider-price snapshot. If it says quotes are paused until pricing is refreshed, wait for a current quote or choose an available native JollyAI route. Do not treat a planner estimate as an approved charge. This guide does not override the live availability controls.
A practical first-job checklist
- Choose a supported mode and prepare a concise prompt or suitable source image.
- Open the model card and check provider, availability, output options and pricing freshness.
- Set the configuration you actually need. Compare the resulting quote with your available balance.
- Submit only when the interface enables it and you are satisfied with the quote. Save the job reference for any support question.
- Review the result before committing to a larger batch. Change one setting at a time when testing variations.
For a predictable starting point, use a simple scene with one subject and one action. Complex camera moves, multiple subjects and long sequences make it harder to identify why an output missed your brief.
