Classify the problem first
A technical failure is different from a completed clip with weak motion. A queued job is different from a stalled player. Check the job state and try the downloaded file before submitting the same request again. Duplicate submissions can create additional work without resolving the original issue.
For a completed clip, identify whether the problem is subject appearance, camera motion, timing or sound. A narrow diagnosis produces a narrower revision. Keep the source image unchanged while testing a motion instruction, unless the source itself is the problem.
Use a four-column log
- Record the exact prompt and input used.
- Describe the visible failure in concrete terms.
- Write the single change you will test next.
- Mark whether the new result improved that specific issue.
Example revision
One bicycle moves slowly from left to right along a straight path. A fixed side-view camera keeps the whole bicycle inside the frame. No scene change. Soft daytime light and quiet outdoor ambience.
This simplified brief is useful when an earlier request mixed a turn, a camera orbit and a location transition. Once the straight movement works, add complexity gradually rather than restoring all instructions at once.
Stop when another method fits better
Use conventional editing for exact text, precise timing or a simple movement across a still image. Save generation for the parts that need new motion. Keep failed job references for support, but do not expose account tokens or private input files in a public report.
REVIEWED JOLLYAI IMPLEMENTATION
The workflow behind the guide
Written shot → text encoding → configured LTX 2.5 generation graph → video/audio decoding → combined file.
- Inputs, presets & access
- PRO. Select a duration/quality preset in the playground; output properties depend on that preset and the serving graph.
- Implementation note
- JollyAI retains ltx2 workflow identifiers while remapping model components to LTX 2.5. The configured graph contains video and audio generation paths. Access is PRO; available duration and quality presets are shown in the playground. Downloaded-file metadata determines the delivered size and duration.
Configuration reviewed September 20, 2026. Your current playground controls and plans page determine availability. Prompt recipes above are suggestions, not guarantees or claimed test results.
