1. Subscription Cancellation
At JollyAI, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for canceling your JollyAI subscription and requesting refunds.
1.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
- Log into your JollyAI account and navigate to the subscription dashboard
- Click on “Cancel Subscription” and follow the on-screen instructions

- Use the cancellation link provided in any subscription-related email
1.2 Cancellation Types
We offer two types of cancellation:
- Immediate Cancellation: Ends your subscription immediately. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- End-of-Period Cancellation: Your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period, then automatically cancels.
1.3 Auto-Renewal Cancellation
You can disable auto-renewal at any time without canceling your current subscription. This prevents future charges while maintaining your current subscription benefits.
2. Refund Eligibility
JollyAI offers refunds under specific circumstances to ensure fairness for all users. Our refund policy is designed to balance user satisfaction with business sustainability.
2.1 Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
2.1.1 Trial Period Refunds
If you cancel within your trial period (typically 7-14 days depending on your plan), you will not be charged. If a charge has already occurred, you are eligible for a full refund.
2.1.2 Service Unavailability
If JollyAI services are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
2.1.3 Billing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, you are eligible for a full refund of the erroneous charge.
2.1.4 Account Suspension
If your account is suspended due to a JollyAI error (not policy violation), you may request a prorated refund for the suspension period.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Regular subscription renewals (unless auto-renewal was disabled)
- Usage beyond free tier limits
- Account suspensions due to policy violations
- Refunds requested more than 30 days after the charge
- Charges from third-party payment processors (contact your payment provider)
3. Refund Process
We strive to process all eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. The exact timeline depends on your payment method and financial institution.
3.1 How to Request a Refund
- Log into your JollyAI account
- Navigate to the transaction history section
- Click on the transaction you wish to dispute
- Select “Request Refund” and provide a detailed reason
- Alternatively, contact support@jollyai.online with your account details
3.2 Required Information
When requesting a refund, please provide:
- Your JollyAI account email address
- Transaction ID or invoice number
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation
3.3 Refund Methods
Refunds are processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
- Net Banking: 3-7 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
3.4 Partial Refunds
In cases of service unavailability or account suspension, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis. The calculation considers the unused portion of your subscription period.
4. Subscription Credits
As an alternative to cash refunds, you may opt for account credits in certain situations.
4.1 Credit Eligibility
Account credits may be offered for:
- Technical issues causing generation failures
- Service interruptions shorter than 24 hours
- Quality issues with generated content
4.2 Credit Value
Credits are calculated based on the affected service value and are typically 10-50% of the impacted amount. Credits expire 12 months from issuance.
5. Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider are treated differently from refunds requested through JollyAI.
5.1 Chargeback Process
If you initiate a chargeback:
- JollyAI will provide evidence to your payment provider
- This may include service usage records, terms acceptance, and communication history
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination
- Future service access may be restricted
5.2 Chargeback Prevention
We recommend contacting JollyAI support before initiating chargebacks. We resolve most disputes amicably and may offer refunds or credits when appropriate.
6. Subscription Changes
You may change your subscription plan at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle.
6.1 Upgrading
Plan upgrades are processed immediately. The price difference is prorated and charged to your payment method.
6.2 Downgrading
Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You retain current plan benefits until the change occurs.
7. Account Deletion
Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data. Refunds are not available for deleted accounts.
7.1 Data Retention
Upon account deletion, we retain minimal transaction data for legal and tax compliance purposes for 7 years.
